Carefully selected network
In its shipbuilding activities, IHDA Shipbuilding calls on a worldwide network of keenly selected yards in, among others, China, Egypt, India, Ukraine, Poland, Russia, Rumania and Vietnam. These yards build hulls and/or complete ships to class standards, naturally in accordance with the demands set by IHDA, and one of the well-known classification agencies, for instance Lloyds Register of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas etc. and the authorities of the country where the ship is or will be registered, for instance "Inspectie Verkeer en Waterstaat (IVW) - Transport and Water Management Inspectorate" for The Netherlands. Surveyors are present at the yards every day to keep a critical eye on the building process and to carry out inspections. In this way, you can feel assured you will get maximum quality assurance.
